On April 30, 2021, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the third quarter of 2021. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $59.83 million in Q3 2021, with the Schools and Libraries portion at an estimated $19.88 million. USAC further estimates that there is $500 million available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2021 from prior funding years.
