The last date to invoice for recurring FY2019 services is this Friday, June 25, 2021.
Back in February Funds For Learning did an analysis on FY2019 funding requests after the FCC granted an automatic 120 day extension due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, approx. $130M in committed funds had yet to be disbursed.
With an auto-extension issued, applicants still had the option to use their own one-time extension and kick-out their invoice deadline another 120 days to June 25, 2021. As such, more than 5,000 applicants moved over 8,300 FRN and nearly $500M in committed funding to this June deadline.
With this final deadline only days away, it is a good time for us to ask, are applicants through with FY2019? At only 67% utilization and $160,609,236.29 in undisbursed funding still on the table, it doesn’t appear to be.
As with the previous deadline, we encourage all applicants and service providers to review their funding requests and invoicing status to ensure all available discounts have been applied and requested. If not, you only have days to submit.
