To date, 41,517 requests have committed, totaling $1.56 billion while a total of $0.09 billion has been denied. $1.41 billion is still pending a decision by USAC and represents 16,419 requests.
Even though this day, July 1st, is not marked with parades and a day off from work, we are still excited about what the new funding year has in store and want to share some resolutions for you on this New Funding Year 2021.
For any services received over this past year, make certain that you have all the appropriate documentation. Make sure you are familiar with E-rate document retention requirements and maintain your documents for the appropriate length of time.
Kick off the E-rate New Year right! For service providers, this may be as simple as verifying you have a Form 473 or Service Provider Annual Certification form on file.
Look ahead for changes to the E-rate program. For applicants you may now use the updated FY2022 Form 470 in EPC to procure eligible products and services for Funding Year 2022.
