On July 26, 2021, USAC released further documentation from the July 26th Schools and Libraries Committee meeting. Each quarter USAC Schools and Libraries Committee convenes to discuss important E-rate issues and provide guidance and support to Schools and Libraries Division at USAC. A briefing book is a document that provides background information, statistics, and program updates, useful for program stakeholders, however, the briefing book does exclude all materials discussed in Executive Session.
One of the items that was reviewed and resolved by the USAC Schools and Libraries Committee included the 4th Quarter 2021 demand estimate of $594.14 million. The Committee directed USAC staff to proceed with the required August 2, 2021 filing to the FCC on behalf of the Committee.
