On August 10, 2021, USAC announced that Applicants and Service providers can reach out to the Emergency Connectivity Fund Customer Support Center (CSC) with ECF related questions at (800) 234-9781. In their Emergency Connectivity Fund Program Newsletter, USAC mentioned that the Extended hours will be available on:
- Wednesday, August 11, 2021: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
- Thursday, August 12, 2021: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
- Friday, August 13, 2021: 8 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m. ET
