On March 4, 2022, the FCC issued an Order granting a request for waiver of the application filing window deadline for all new Tribal entities that file Form 471 applications within 65 days of March 22, 2022. The Order also directs USAC to provide relief and to treat all FY2022 Form 471 applications that include a new Tribal Library entity as a recipient of service filed within 65 days of the March 22, 2022 deadline as timely filed. New Tribal libraries have until Thursday, May 26, 2022 to submit and certify their FY2022 FCC Form 471 in EPC.
