On June 23, 2022, USAC announced that the FY2023 Form 470 will be available online via the E-rate Productivity Center (EPC) beginning July 1. Applicants are required to wait for a 28-day waiting period once the Form 470 has been signed and certified in EPC. Once Form 470 is submitted, a receipt notification will appear in the EPC News feed. Corrections of any clerical errors can be submitted via EPC.
