The deadline to file FY2023 Draft Eligible Services List (ESL) was Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Eight stakeholders submitted comments to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), urging the Commission to update the E-rate Program to include products and services in its FY2023 Eligible Services List (ESL). The stakeholders’ comments touched on several topics, including:

- Wi-Fi on School Buses
- Clarification on fixed wireless eligibility
- Clarification on next-generation firewalls eligibility
- Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations
