On October 12, 2022, USAC announced via a Special Edition News Brief that as a part of an “E-rate System Consolidation” initiative, both FCC Form 472 (BEAR) and Form 474 (SPI) invoicing would be moving into their E-rate Productivity Center (EPC) portal. The change is the first phase of the consolidation initiative and is scheduled to be implemented in December 2022.
