On November 2, 2022, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the first quarter of 2023. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $67.28 million in 1Q 2023, with the Schools and Libraries portion at an estimated $19.10 million. USAC further estimates that there is $500 million available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2022 from prior funding years.
