On January 31, 2023, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the second quarter of 2023. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $71.91 million in 2Q 2023, with the Schools and Libraries portion at an estimated $23.16 million. USAC further estimates that there is $500 million available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2022 from prior funding years.
