On March 13, 2023, USAC announced that they have extended the Customer Service Center (CSC) hours to support applicants with any issues they may encounter. The FY2023 filing window closes Tuesday March 28 at 11:59pm EST. The CSC extended hours include:
- Friday, March 24 – 8 am to 10 pm EST
- Saturday, March 25 – 12 noon to 5 pm EST
- Sunday, March 26 – 12 noon to 5 pm EST
- Monday, March 27 – 8 am to 10 pm EST
- Tuesday, March 28 – 8 am to 11:59 pm EST
