On September 7, 2023, USAC announced that an in-person E-rate training session will be held at the Federal Communications Commission headquarters in Washington, DC on Friday, October 13, 2023. The training is scheduled from 9:00 to 4:00 Eastern time. Registrations are limited to two participants per company/organization, and USAC noted that the topics covered in the in-person training will be covered as webinars in October and November.
