Applicants and service providers are reminded that Monday, October 30, 2023 is the BEAR and SPI invoice deadline for a large number of E-rate and Emergency Connectivity Fund program funding requests. As of October 27, there were 20,368 E-rate funding requests and 12,172 ECF requests with the October 30 deadline.
When certain conditions are met, E-rate funding requests can qualify for a one-time, 120-day invoice deadline extension provided that the extension is requested prior to the current deadline expiring. ECF rules, however, do not allow for extensions to be requested or granted by USAC.
