On November 2, 2023, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the first quarter of 2024. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $71.54 million in first quarter 2024, with the Schools and Libraries portion at an estimated $21.17 million. USAC further estimates that there is $250 million available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2023 from prior funding years.
