On December 29, 2023, the Federal Communications Commission’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking seeking comments on a three year, $200 million cybersecurity pilot program for schools and libraries was published in the Federal Register. The publication of the NPRM establishes an initial comment deadline of January 29, 2024, with reply comments due February 27, 2024.
