On May 2, 2024, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the third quarter of 2024. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $75.85 million in third quarter of 2024, with the Schools and Libraries portion at an estimated $21.72 million. USAC further estimates that there is $500 million available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2024 from prior funding years.
