At Funds For Learning, Guide Appreciation Week is an honored tradition, an opportunity to recognize the heart and soul of our organization—our Guides. Since its inception in 2018, this week has served as a time to show gratitude for the incredible work our Guides do every day to make a lasting difference in the lives of our clients.
Guides are integral to our work of helping E-rate stakeholders navigate the E-rate program. The work our Guides do is complex, requiring in-depth expertise, patience, and a commitment to service. Yet it’s not just what they do but how they do it that stands out. Our Guides display integrity, collaboration, and service, going beyond expectations to ensure clients have the support they need. Guide Appreciation Week allows us to celebrate these efforts and to acknowledge the unique talents and dedication of each Guide who brings our mission to life.
The week is filled with meaningful activities that shine a spotlight on the impact of our Guides. Sharing food together, recognition ceremonies, and small tokens of appreciation fill each day, reminding us all of the invaluable role Guides play at FFL. We also invite our clients to participate by sharing their own messages of appreciation.
