For nearly thirty years, I’ve worked alongside educators, policymakers, and technology leaders to help schools and libraries connect their communities with faster internet and better learning opportunities. It’s work that matters deeply because when students are connected, their opportunities expand.
That same conviction drives my involvement with CoSN. As an appointed member of the CoSN Board of Directors, I’ve had the privilege of seeing firsthand how this organization strengthens technology leadership across the country. Through professional development, collaboration, and advocacy, CoSN equips district leaders to solve complex challenges — from cybersecurity to digital equity — and to ensure every student has access to high-quality broadband.
In this election, I’m seeking to continue that service. My goal is to help CoSN build even stronger partnerships and resources for the leaders working behind the scenes in our schools. I bring both a mission-driven and data-driven perspective, grounded in my experience leading Funds For Learning, which supports more than 12,000 school and library sites serving 5.5 million students nationwide.
I also serve on the Global Board of Directors for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and the Board of the Great Expectations Foundation, experiences that have strengthened my approach to governance, alignment, and long-term strategy. I believe these perspectives can help CoSN continue to thrive in its next chapter.
If your organization is a CoSN member, I encourage you to participate in the election between November 3 and December 5 — and I would be honored to earn your vote. Together, we can continue advancing CoSN’s mission of empowering every technology leader and every learner.
