On November 21, 2022, USAC issued a special edition news brief announcing that the invoicing process changes to be implemented as part of their “E-rate System Consolidation” project would be moved to after January 29, 2023.  Previously announced for December, the change will require all BEAR and SPI invoices (FCC Forms 472 and 474) to be submitted through USAC’s E-rate Productivity Center (EPC) portal rather than their existing “legacy” systems.  USAC noted that they will make an announcement when the official transition date is determined.
