Each year the FCC releases the Universal Service Monitoring Report prepared by the Federal-State Universal Service Join Board. The Monitoring Report highlights trends and statistics from the four Universal Service programs including the E-rate.
The Report reflects commitment and disbursement data and the E-rate portion of the Report can be viewed here .
