FCC Requests Further Paperwork Reduction Act Comments on FY 2016 Form 471

On August 11, 2015, the FCC published a Notice in the Federal Register seeking comment from stakeholders in its “continuing effort to reduce the paperwork burden.”  Specifically, the FCC is seeking comment on:

• Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission;
• Whether the information shall have practical utility; and,
• Whether the Commission’s burden estimate is accurate.
