Funding commitments for funding year 2010 surpassed the $1 billion mark when USAC issued the eleventh funding wave of FY 2010 on August 3, 2010. Funding wave 011 included commitments for both priority one and priority two requests, totaling $33.6 million for 1,654 funding requests. This latest funding wave represented 424 applicants, averaging $79,336.77 per applicant. Wave 011 reported the denial of 126 applicant requests, totaling $8.8 million.
