The twenty-fourth funding wave for FY2010 was released on November 3, 2010, and included commitments for both Priority One and Priority Two requests. The wave totaled $18.95 million, representing 806 requests. Funding wave 024 included 188 applicants, averaging $100,792 per applicant and 264 service providers averaging $71,776.11. The funding wave did reject requests for 98 applicants, totaling $1.42 million. USAC has approved over $1.5 billion in E-rate funding commitments for FY2010.
