It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since I began my journey as an E-rate consultant. Time has flown, and I can honestly say this has been one of the most rewarding professional experiences of my life. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely excited to be part of such an incredible company.
What surprised me most was the culture. It’s unlike anything I’ve experienced before—genuinely cohesive, collaborative, and uplifting. Everyone here works together with a shared sense of purpose, and that unity makes even the most challenging days feel manageable and meaningful. The level of teamwork and mutual respect is something I didn’t know I was missing until I found it here.
I’ve learned so much, not just about the E-rate program and consulting, but about what it means to be part of a team that truly cares. The leadership is thoughtful and empowering, and my colleagues are some of the most dedicated and kind-hearted professionals I’ve ever worked with.
Looking back, I feel incredibly fortunate that I happened to find this opportunity. It wasn’t something I was actively seeking, but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. I’m deeply grateful to be part of a company that values its people and fosters such a positive environment.
