Applicants are reminded that today is the last day that a Funding Year 2012 Form 470 may be posted while still allowing the required 28 day competitive bidding period prior to the application deadline of March 20. Applicants who file a Form 470 today will be required to perform vendor selection, sign contracts if necessary (which may require management or school board approval), and submit the Form 471 on the last day of the filing window. As such, applicants filing Forms 470 today are encouraged to plan carefully for completion of their Form 471 application process in a timely manner.
