The Schools and Libraries Division announced that today it will release 310 E-rate funding commitment letters, totaling $19.2 million, for the 2004 funding year. This brings the total commitment for the 2004 funding year, thus far, close to $375 million. This 7th wave applies to telecommunications services and Internet access only. July 1 is the start of the 2004 funding year.
