Rosenworcel will fill former Commissioner Michael Copps’ seat, while Pai will take the position previously held by Meredith Attwell Baker. The confirmations had been on hold for roughly four months as Sen. Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa) sought FCC documentation regarding wireless startup LightSquared.
