On June 14, 2011, USAC released a press release announcing the first funding wave for Funding Year 2011. The wave will comprise almost 18,500 Funding Commitment Decision Letters (FCDLs), representing the approval of close to $400 million in E-rate discounts for Priority 1 services. It is set to be issued on June 23, 2011, 94 days from the close of the Funding Year 2011 Form 471 filing window on March 24.
