On November 4th, 2014, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their quarterly report the First Quarter 2015. The Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) estimates that they have $600 million from previous years that can be carried forward into Funding Year 2015. This is a $200 million increase since the previous quarter.
The potential carry over funds come from:
- FY 2010: $320 Million
- FY 2011: $280 Million
