USAC Releases Quarterly Report: $600 Million for Possible Rollover

On January 31, 2014, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their quarterly report for the second quarter of 2014. The Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) estimates that they have $600 million from previous years that can be carried forward into Funding Year 2014. The unused funds from:

2002: $40 million

2007: $30 million

2009: $70 million

2010: $380 million

2011: $80 million.

The $600 million is a $200 million increase from the first quarter 2014 quarterly report that was released on November 1, 2013.
