Q: An applicant submitted a service substitution request over six months ago. What is the likely turnaround for the resolution of these requests? Quicker turnarounds would really help with Category Two planning.
A: The SLD recognizes they have a backlog and are in the process of reducing these requests
Q: If removing old Cat 5 cabling is required to make new Cat 6 cabling drops work, is the removal of the old cabling E-rate eligible?
